Wage
- Pay range for position: $16.28 to $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities/Duties
- Follow all policies and procedures
- On time and attend all meetings
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of the restaurant
- Monitor, measure, respond and correct any guest incidents with warmth and hospitality
- Manage team environment and provide timely response to team needs
- Coach, guide, develop and support the staff to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Assist the General Manager with hiring, interviewing, training and conducting disciplinary actions
- Assist with scheduling. Help manage attendance, call outs and tardiness
- Meet financial goals, such as but not limited to revenue, labor cost and COGS
- Be knowledgeable with troubleshooting restaurant equipment issues to avoid the use of external technicians when necessary
- Follow uniform and hygiene standards
- Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followed
- Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issues

Skills/Experience
- Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC)
- Washington State MAST/Class 12
- Three (3) years minimum restaurant industry experience with guest facing management role experience
- One (1) year minimum restaurant industry kitchen/cooking and administrative experience preferred
- Must work a flexible schedule - days, evenings and weekends
- Strong work ethic, reliable, aware of the details
- Personable and enjoy leading a diverse team
- Passion for food and hospitality is preferred
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Display a professional appearance and is a positive role model within the restaurant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent guest relations skills
- High guest satisfaction expectations and focus
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft) and office skills required
- Restaurant 365 knowledge a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
